    Summer School~~~~~

Summer is right around the corner, 3 more days of class, and I will be done with this spring term yeah yeah yeah.  now the only headache left is if I shoudl take more than 6.1 units of class in order to be the on campus tutor, or just take 0 units.  so far the only two classes I'm interested are the laplace transform and complex analysis..... >.< darn, the system is so stupid, you either take more than 6.1 units or just take zero units.. stupid stupid.... >.<

    Recent Life Info. Upgrade...

hmmmm bad bad bad bad bad days, got rejected by UCR, coz they're only getting one or two international students for the graduate program each year >..> no one wants my tutoring... got two students coming in for tutoring and not showing right at the end, twice >.< oh my oh my....waiting to see if I can have some better luck tomorrow... tomorrow is another day... fight on (oops sorry, borrowed the word from Trojans), oh thinking about Trojans, congratulation to Shanshan Li and Dichen Wang >.<, Ms Wang got her degree on last friday, and Ms Li is still working on hers, although I was very lucky and glad to attend Li's graduation ceremony last friday >.< it was very exciting and tiredsome (considering I had to walk from Jefferson St. (some small typo, or memory leak reminded by shasha) straight up north to 6th street to catch someone) oh and btw, the foreign currency exchange rate update: 1 usd is now only 7.6694 rmb >.<

I passed GWT hahaha with a score of 9 >.< so I'm now able to apply as a writing tutor (considering I've gottan an A- for my freshman writing class) haha.. And .. I had to say goodbye to my dear lovely 6681. it's been a long while since it first served me and it served me well.... hate to let it go.. however its batteries are picking up on me and kept refusing to work properly... so.... I gotta switch and I picked k810i as its successor. so far this SE K810i is working pretty well, and the battery has long standby life, and the camera is amazing (3.2 MP) I've tried taken several pictures and the effect came out so great I'll update some of those taken by K810i later (never tried N73, and I'm so enthralled by N95, although the price tag on it is a bit scary, a plain 800 bucks phone >.>)  anyway, and I gave up one more Oregonian identity I have had with me for such a long time, my 541 cellphone number, and now I'm living with a 626 tag >.> I don't think I can change my SSN, and I'm pretty happy with my credit score right now, since I'm building it up again :) anyway so far so fun.. and getting busier since finals are around the corner...

    I can only imagine.....

    I can only imagine (Lyrics)

Mercy Me - I Can Only Imagine - Almost There

    I can only imagine
    when it will be like
When I walk, by your side
    I can only imagine
    what my eyes will see
When your face, is before me
    I can only imagine
    (Chorus next)
    I can only imagine

    Surrounded by your glory
    What will my heart feel?
Will I dance for you Jesus?
or in awe of you be still?
Will I stand in your presence?
to my knees will I fall?
    Will I sing hallelujah?
Will I be able to speak at all?
    I can only imagine
    I can only imagine

    I can only imagine
    when that day comes
when I find myself standing in the sun
    I can only imagine
    when all I will do
    Is forever, forever worship you
    I can only imagine
    I can only imagine

    I can only imagine
    When all I will do
    Is forever, forever worship you
    I can only imagine

This is the Lyrics to the song from the MTV my friend sent me from QQ. It's story about a strong father and his paralysis and mute son.  and how they have completed so many marathons together

Here's the link if you wanna check it out yourself: http://www.jkcn.net/blog/article.asp?id=142, it's in simplified chinese, so if you can't read it, you can try to search for Dick Hoyt and Rick Hoty or team Hoyt, it's the story about them.. so touching...oh I just got this link from youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gm7XwtIJdM

mother's day is coming, should've gotten something about how good mothers can be. well fathers can be as great as mothers.  just in case when someone tell you mother's love is the greatest. men just love differently than women do... :)

btw the song is written to praise Jesus the Lord, the Father high above, and fathers down on Earth :)

and some more I got from wikipedia.org:

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Team Hoyt is a father (Dick Hoyt) and son (Rick Hoyt, b. 1962) in Massachusetts who compete together in marathons, triathlons, and other athletic endeavors. Rick was disabled at birth by a loss of oxygen to his brain becaus his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck, and he also suffers from cerebral palsy. Dick carries him in a special seat up front as they bike, pulls him in a special boat as they swim, and pushes him in a special wheelchair as they run.

Thanks to his parents, who ignored the advice of doctors that he would live life in a persistent vegetative state, and Tufts University engineers, who recognized that his sense of humor indicated intelligence, at the age of 12, Rick was able to learn how to use a special computer to communicate, using movements from his head. The first words he typed were, "Go Bruins!", and the family learned he was a sports fan. They entered their first race in 1977, a 5 mile benefit run for an injured lacrosse player who was a schoolmate of Rick's.

Dick is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard. Rick earned a college degree from Boston University in special education, and now works at Boston College. They continue to compete in races, and are also motivational speakers.

As of December 31, 2006, Team Hoyt had participated in a total of 942 events, including 216 Triathlons (6 of which were Ironman competitions), 20 Duathlons, and 65 Marathons, including 25 consecutive Boston Marathons. They also biked and ran across the USA in 1992 — a 3,735 mile journey that took them 45 days.

When asked what one thing Rick wished he could give his father, his reply was "The thing I'd most like is that my dad would sit in the chair and I would push him once."

One Day in Palm Spring, I left a lot of $$$

Went to desert hill premium outlet with shasha today, which's part of the desert hill factor stores.  we also visited UC riverside on the way there. it's a pretty nice, quiet and big campus.  and several places are having ongoing constructions. I've got a pair of jeans, shirts (long sleeve and short), and T shirt from Levi's, a business suit from Polo Ralph Lauren (for Eric's wedding), some unders and pajama from CK, a pair of jeans and 3 pairs of shocks from Gap; got some dresses for shasha from tommy, Papaya, and some cosmetics from Missha.  The bill ends up around 800 bucks including food and gas.  such a nice trip, isn't it?  it seems expensive, and it indeed is.  Well if take into account this incident of walking into Dolce & Gabbana and found out a dress on sale for 2700 bucks instead of its original price of 5000 bucks, this 800 thing seems insignificant.  And later on when luckily or in fact unfortunately, we found out that there's a dress in Dior on sale for 8400 bucks... that's some number....with 3 more this kinda dress, one can actually buy a mini cooper >.<

    anyway fun day
