2/21/2007 Happy Chinese New Yearha ha, got all my midterms back, and still working on my first project for modeling, coz I have to use this matlab thing to plots several functions and supply a numercial solution to a system of ordinary differential equations (it's only a 4 by 4 matrix). got a pretty good new year eve feast, and went to the street fair at garfield and gravey, kinda nice. now have to work on this bounded variation thingy... everything goes well.. 2/13/2007 Superb Busy..Just got two midterms done... analysis and modeling, already got the score back for analysis... and today finished algebra, so now I can focus on my first and biggest ever project from modeling (since I don't know how to use matlab yet., good that I have a matlab tutorial which I stole from feng ye stored in my computer) thinking about getting some books on which I can learn more networking basic and more operating systems stuff like unix, linux, and solaris. insted of just some sole windows xp....and still working on making my personal homepage better, clearer and more concentrating..chinese new year's coming, so happy new year to all. gotta get back to my homework from analysis, which's supposed to be turned in last week ha ha ha... 2/2/2007 Life's back to normal againWell, after I put up my homepage again, I found out my own website template looked kinda too simple and non professional. I have to admit I haven't spent much time learning how to play with html/css, javascript/php. but since html/css require sometime substantial and systematic practice. that's why I'm gonna try to find out some useful template and implement it into my personal websites with some of my own style. gonna take a while and I just love programming :)
anyway.. turned in applications for on campus tutor and website developers, hopefully there will be some results in the following weeks.
btw, just got a letter from court saying that there's someone sueing honda for defective odometers installed on cars from 2001 to 2006, including the 2007 honda fit. I'm in the settlement class since I've bought honda in 2005, although being in that settlement class doesn't benefit me much, since I didn't get fined or lose or pay for repirement due to incorrect odometer reading.. so...not sure what to do
kk.. gotta make my car work better first, then get a set of 18 inch wheels, and then chip it, add an intake, and exhuast... haha :)
hopefully it wil run fast later on ...
:) what a good beginning of this fantastic 2007 ...although I have tons of work to do before next monday... update homepages, get coursework done for the previous 5 years, copies of unofficial transcripts for tutoring center, and asking for recommendation letters, busy , busy , busy.. :) |
